The 14AMI consortium gathered at EVG in St. Florian am Inn, Austria, on 16–17 June 2026 for its latest project meeting, bringing partners together to share recent achievements, discuss ongoing activities, and coordinate the work planned for the coming months.

The second day was dedicated to the project's interim review, providing an opportunity to present progress to the reviewers and exchange views on the project's direction. The review was well received, and the open and constructive dialogue resulted in valuable feedback for the consortium. We thank EVG for hosting the meeting and all partners and reviewers for their engagement and continued commitment to advancing Europe’s semiconductor innovation landscape.

We were delighted to host the 5th 14AMI Consortium Meeting at the facilities of our partner VDL-ETG in Eindhoven on 20–21 May 2025.

Over two productive days, project partners reviewed the progress achieved toward key technology breakthroughs and aligned on the next steps to help advance the semiconductor roadmap toward the 14-angstrom node.
